What does a process server do?
Process servers are needed to perform various file court papers, retrieve documents, is to deliver or to use the legal term to serve legal documents on the other parties.
Once process servers have served the legal documents, they also have to provide a sworn affidavit of service proving that the documents were served.
This document should be notarized/commissioned and delivered to the party who required the papers to be served.
