False Allegations Of Domestic Violence Are The Norm In Divorce

False Allegations of Domestic Violence

Both parties should use this kiit to draft and negotiate their  separation proposal

An innocent man doesn't have a chance against a false allegation of domestic violence.

All a woman has to do is make her story sound reasonably believable and the man will find himself arrested, charged, convicted and labelled as an abuser. This will cost him his house, his children and years of support payments. Women know this and use it.

False Allegations Of Domestic Violence Will Cost Men Everything They Own. Domestic Violence Is Wrong. It Is A Criminal Offence.

But Women Who Lie About Domestic Violence Are Richly Rewarded.

They Should Be Jailed, But Never Are.

Women have learned that making false allegations of domestic violence is a quick, cheap and easy way to get rid of their husbands, get most of his assets and exclusive custody of the kids as well.

The courts, and society at large, intrinsically believe that somehow the mother "owns" the children and the father is just a provider. So much for feminist equality.

In many cases, the woman makes false allegations of domestic violence simply because she wants "to make the bastard pay."

It is extremely easy to file a domestic violence charge. Just call 911 and the man is done.

The police, the courts and the entire family law system are now set up to overreact to every single accusation of domestic violence as if the woman is a victim and the man is automatically guilty.

Every accusation is treated as fact. The man is forced into proving his innocence. It is virtually impossible to prove a negative, to prove you did NOT do something. So the courts work on the assumption that where there is smoke there must be fire. It is wrong. It goes against the Charter right of a presumption of innocence and the consequences are devastating for the man. The woman profits.

Women Who Kill Their Spouses And Claim They Were Victims Of Domestic Violence Often Get Away With Murder In Canada

The police and the courts all treat domestic violence accusations as fact. They are afraid that if they do not, they may blamed for those rare cases where the man does "go postal" and kills his spouse.

The fact that women are more violent than men is ignored. A man who files a complaint of domestic violence will usually not be believed. In fact his charge may backfire on him and he ends up getting arrested.

There is no justice, fairness or equality for men in these matters.

The police and the courts routinely ignore the Charter of Rights in processing men accused of domestic violence. The result? Men are abused by the system on a daily basis. Innocent men are branded for life.

Why? Part of the reason is moral cowardice and expediency by the courts. Rather than take the time to get to the real facts, the man is treated as if he is guilty.

Will this change?

No, there is too much profit in it for women, and the divorce industry.

If there were in the world today any large number of people who desired their own happiness more than they desired the unhappiness of others, we could have paradise in a few years. - Bertrand Russell
